Product Introduction
As a temperature measurement sensor, thermocouples are typically used in conjunction with indicating instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. They can directly measure liquids, steam, and gaseous mediums in various production processes within a temperature range of 0°C to 1800°C.
Features
Imported temperature sensing element ensures stable and reliable performance
High mechanical strength with excellent pressure resistance
Wide measurement range and high accuracy
Technical Parameter
1. Range and accuracy of temperature measuremet
2. Thermal Response Time
The time required for the thermocouple’s output to change by 50% of a step change in temperature is called the thermal response time. It is denoted by τ₀.₅ (or t0.5).
Thermocouple Nominal Pressure
This generally refers to the external pressure (static pressure) that the protection sheath can withstand at its operating temperature without rupturing. The allowable nominal pressure is not only related to the sheath material, diameter, and wall thickness but also to its structure, installation method, insertion depth, as well as the flow rate and type of the measured medium.
