Industrial Thermal Resistor

General Situation
Thermal resistors, as sensors for measuring temperature, are commonly used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. They can directly measure various
Surface temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium, and solid within the range of -200℃ to 500℃.

Feature
◆ Imported temperature sensing components, with stable and reliable performance
◆ High mechanical strength and good pressure resistance
◆ High measurement accuracy
◆ No need for compensating wires, convenient and economical

Thermal Response Time
When there is a step change in temperature, the time required for the output of the thermocouple to change to 50% of the step change is called the thermal response time, denoted by t0.5

Nominal Pressure Of Thermocouple
Generally, it refers to the ability of the protective tube to withstand external pressure (static pressure) without cracking at the specified operating temperature. The allowable nominal pressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, placement depth, as well as the flow rate and type of the measured medium.

Minimum Insertion Depth Of Thermal Resistance
lmin=l unit + 15D
lmin – minimum usable insertion depth
l – length of temperature sensing element
D – Outer diameter of protective tube

Insulation Resistance
The test voltage for insulation resistance at room temperature can be any value within the range of 10 to 100V DC. The ambient temperature should be within the range of 15 to 35℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%
Not less than 100MΩ
