HC8000 Remote-Type Electromagnetic Flowmeter

The HC8000 Remote-Type Electromagnetic Flowmeter consists of two main components: a sensor and a transmitter.

Product Introduction:
The HC8000 Remote-Type Electromagnetic Flowmeter consists of two main components: a sensor and a transmitter. It operates based on Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction and is designed to measure the volumetric flow of conductive liquids with an electrical conductivity greater than 5 μS/cm. As an inductive instrument, it is specifically used for measuring the volumetric flow of conductive media.
In addition to measuring the volumetric flow of general conductive liquids, it is also suitable for applications involving highly corrosive liquids (such as strong acids and alkalis) as well as homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions, including slurry, mineral pulp, and paper pulp.

Product Features:
Measurement unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.
The measuring tube contains no obstructions to flow, no pressure loss, and requires minimal straight pipe runs.
The sensor can be equipped with a grounding electrode to ensure proper instrument grounding.
Advanced manufacturing techniques endow the sensor with excellent resistance to negative pressure.
The converter features a backlit LCD display for easy reading in direct sunlight or dark environments.
Parameters can be set safely via infrared remote control, even in harsh conditions, without needing to open the converter’s cover.
The converter includes self-diagnostic alarm outputs, no-flow detection alarms, flow rate high/low limit alarms, and dual-level flow rate alarm outputs.
It is suitable not only for general process measurement but also for slurries, pulp, and pasty fluids.
